Hydraulic Hand Pumps
Since pumps in the JHP family move the ram forward and backward in the fastest way and provide dual pressure and flow, they control dual speed automatically. High pressure, low pressure, and safety valves are installed inside. To provide large flow with low pressure, the low pressure safety valve is designed to withstand 20kg/cm2 or 30kg/cm2. When the pressure reaches this level, the pump is automatically switched to the high pressure mode and the pressure goes up to 700~1,500kg/cm2.

It can be used with the single acting ram where the ram flanger should move faster and a large amount of oil is required. With the 4-way valve, it can be applied to any double acting ram with a capacity of over 300tons.

JHP-2A, HAND-OPERATED PUMPS

Though it is similar to the JHP-1A manual pump, its oil tank is bigger. The 2000CC oil tank can be applied to any single acting ram with a capacity of up to 50tons.

This is suitable for where the ram flanger should move fast and a large amount of oil is required. With the 4-way valve, the automatic dual speed pump can be applied to any single or double acting ram with a capacity of up to 50 tons.
- Used in a place where JHP-2B is required to move ram plunger more rapid and supply suggicient volume of oil.
- Automatic 2-speed pump with 4way valve has been applied for 50ton single acting and double acting ram.

This is suitable for where the ram flanger should move faster and a large amount of oil is required. With the 4-way valve, the automatic dual speed pump can be applied to any single or double acting ram with a capacity of up to 100 tons.
- Used in a place where JHP-2B is required to move ram plunger more rapid and supply sufficient volume of oil.
- Automatic 2-speed pump with 4way valve has been applied for 100ton single acting and double acting ram.
